Bobbie
Front Desk & Office Administration
Bobbie joined CLPM in June 2023, and she has lived in the area now for 17 years. She joined the team with over 20 years of customer service experience - ranging from front desk to administrative support. She is typically the first point of contact when reaching out to the office and she will do her best to help you with all your needs, whether that be answering rental questions, booking a showing, or putting in a work order. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, horseback riding, hanging out on the farm with her family, and spending time in the gym.
Kyle
Bookkeeper
Kyle is from Northeast Oklahoma and he’s been living in Durango since 2019. He is currently attending Fort Lewis College, studying accounting. Kyle is happily married and they have a dog. He loves to go on adventures whether that be driving to different areas in the southwest, hiking, biking or swimming. Kyle is excited and honored to be a part of Colorado Lifestyle Property Management and he looks forward to contributing to the growth of this company!
Marlis
Administration
Marlis was born in Nebraska to a traditional German family and raised on an Iowa dairy farm with her four sisters and one brother. After moving to Tucson, she married her husband of 20 years. Together, they moved here in 2007 to be closer to her husband’s family, who are Durango natives. That same year, she began working with Action Property Management Company, and was valuable with the 2020 transition to Colorado Lifestyle Property Management. She enjoys photography, gardening, as well as researching four corners and southwestern history.
Carrie
Operations / Communications
Carrie joined the Colorado Lifestyle Property Management team in July 2022. She grew up on the east coast (forgive her), but knows that Colorado is home. She enjoys hiking, biking, camping, and taking full advantage of the wonderful outdoor recreation activities this corner of the state offers. Carrie is an experienced digital communicator and helps CLPM strategize operations to help owners, tenants, as well as fellow staff.

Austin Smith is a Durango native who has learned the value of living the lifestyle you want/need to create. With a love for the mountains, you can catch him exploring all Colorado has to offer. With over 16 years in the real estate industry, Austin has experienced everything related to real estate and his knowledge ranges from sales, property management, vacation rentals, leasing, and association/affiliations management. He combines a deep interest in following real estate market trends and regularly seeks new technologies. Austin is passionate about serving and assisting his clients and is always working to alleviate any fears they may have regarding renting, leasing, and/or managing a property/association.
